I took this photo of my spouse Jack, with our dogs, Priceless (left), Darby (middle) and Marigold (standing on bench). This photo is a favorite of mine! Dear Darby, a rescue, passed away not long after this photo was taken. He was heart worm positive when we got him, and although we were able to get rid of the heart worms, his heart was permanently damaged.

The original image was a selfie taken by my niece, Brieanna Thompson (an artist in her own right). I loved the original image and with her permission took it and put my own creative slant on it. Thank you, Brieanna!

Gary is the kind of brother I always wanted but never had growing up. He is a gentle poet that I feel I've known all my life. I love this guy. 

This is a recent photo I took of my dear mother. I can describe her as... strong, loving, protective, opinionated, judgemental at times, forceful, determined, INDEPENDENT, self-reliant, smart, frugal, she has a biting sense of humor and is the salt of the earth.

These two poodles belong to my dear friend Diana. They have captured my heart. I love them as if they were mine. Poodles are very intelligent, and these girls are no exception. I love to watch them play and interact with one another. They are very affectionate, and are constantly entertaining me.

My sister Patricia. When I was little, she always looked out for me (she still does). She and I have always shared a very close bond of love and friendship. 

Beautiful and intelligent, Elizabeth is my redheaded sister. She is the most charitable and loyal person I know. I have no doubt that she will always be there for me if I need her, as I will be for her. I love, love, love this woman!
